The know-how of Domain of VERONNET in breeding is to bring the wine to a steady state by stabilizing slowly and naturally. With each stage the wines are selected, tasted, approved with severity. The breeding is essential, in particular for the reds.

Alain BOSSON has won the respect of his peers, by the rigor he has shown for its Appellation lead at the top of French AOC.
